Daniel Frank Lopez
Born and raised in Miami Florida, Daniel Frank Lopez is the Managing Partner at The Morgan Law Group, whose primary practice focuses on first-party insurance litigation.
Since 2012, Mr. Lopez has been with The Morgan Law Group focusing on his first-party insurance property disputes, which ranges in matters from typical homeowner insurance disputes to multi-million dollar commercial property claims.
Mr. Lopez also oversees and litigates a wide variety of matters, including complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, insurance and professional liability matters.
Danny attended St. Thomas University School of Law. While there, he earned a Merit Scholarship while making the dean’s list for 5 consecutive semesters. During this time, Mr. Lopez was a legal intern for the Honorable Federal Magistrate Andrea M. Simonton.
After graduating Cum Laude from law school, Mr. Lopez honed his legal skills at a boutique law firm focusing on Federal criminal defense matters.
Mr. Lopez attended Florida State University where he graduated in just three years while pursuing a double major in Finance and Real Estate.
