Eddy Franca
Eddy Franca is an associate attorney at The Morgan Law Group, P.A. where he concentrates his practice on representing plaintiffs in first-party property disputes against insurance companies and other areas of civil litigation.
Mr. Franca was born and raised in Miami, FL. He attended Trinity College in Hartford, CT where he earned a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science. While at Trinity College, Mr. Franca played wide receiver for the 17-time NESCAC Champion football team.
After graduating from Trinity College, Mr. Franca received his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Franca served as the President of the school’s Cuban American Bar Association and remains an active member today. Mr. Franca also served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Samantha Ruiz-Cohen and worked as a clerk at a well-known boutique law firm specializing in class action lawsuits and aviation litigation.
