Mariana Fraga
Mariana Fraga is an Associate Attorney at The Morgan Law Group.
She attended the University of Puerto Rico in Cayey, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology. She later attended the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico Law School, where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 2008. During her last year of law school, she served as a student attorney in the Legal Aid Clinic, where she represented clients in criminal cases.
Ms. Fraga participated as a pro bono student attorney in the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico Legal Clinic, where she provided legal representation to indigent members of the community in civil matters. She has been defending bodily injury, labor and criminal cases for the last eleven years. In the past two years, she has been working to defend clients against insurance companies that routinely and unjustly delay and deny fair compensation to policyholders.
Ms. Fraga is an attorney with strong decision-making, negotiating and problem-solving skills necessary to resolve complex disputes effectively through settlement, dispositive motions in advance of trial or through trial to a final judgment or award, and appeal if necessary. She is an active participant of the Pro Bono Program, and she is a member of the Puerto Rico Bar Association.
